I first discovered melting glass in a kiln when my husband surprised me with a great birthday gift. He registered me for a weekend Adult Fused Glass Workshop at a local craft center. I was hooked immediately. It’s been a few years now, and I have taken multiple class and purchased my own table top kiln. Much of where I’ve traveled creatively speaking has been on my own. My jaunt as a painting major shines through in my latest work. Organic shapes and compositions from nature frequent my pendant’s compositions. Painting with enamels has brought my work to a new level. I continue to evolve as I stretch and explore painting techniques.
